Activating Non-Computer Devices

If you have one of the following devices...

• Xbox 360
• Nintendo Wii
• Tivo
• Any other device without a built-in web browser

... then there are special steps you need to take to get your device setup online.

Here's what you can do:

1. Get your Device's MAC Address. Finding out how to get this information can be found by Googling for, say "Xbox 360 MAC address", or whatever device you have.
2. Send your RCA an email with that MAC Address, your Red ID, and your name.
3. Your RCA will manually setup your device's information.
4. Your RCA will email you when your device has been activated.
