The RezCon Installer is an almost completely automated tool to make sure your computer is ready to get on the RezCon network. It runs a full virus scan and spyware scan, as well as installing a fully licensed version of McAfee AntiVirus Enterprise and Mozilla Firefox. Furthermore, it also updates your computer to the latest Windows Updates.

The RezCon Installer is VERY easy to run and requires virtually no computer knowledge.

Even if you are horrible with computers, you should be able to run this program without any problems. Please try to run this by yourself before coming to us for help.

The RezCon Installer for Windows supports the following Windows operating systems:

• Windows 2000
• Windows XP
• Windows XP 64-Bit
• Windows Vista (32- and 64-Bit)

The following are the minimum requirements for running the RezCon Installer:

• Intel or AMD 2ghz CPU (Dual Core recommended)
• 512mb of RAM (1GB or more recommended)
• 10gb of free space

Below is a step by step guide for installing the RezCon Installer in Microsoft Windows Vista. If you have a different version of Windows (such as XP), the procedure is extremely similar and you can still follow this guide.

It is very important that you remove all current Anti-Virus software (such as Norton, McAfee, TrendMicro, AVG, or Nod32) before you run the installer!

Part 1

First, double click on the "RezCon Installer - Fall 2008" icon. It should either be on your desktop or in your Downloads folder.

Vista will then pop up the below box. Click Allow to let the RezCon Installer run.

As it says, be sure to pay attention to everything that shows up.

You may choose any location on your computer to install the RezCon Installer to. However, please be sure that there is at least 10gb of free space available.

Enter in your Red ID number. Please triple check to make sure the Red ID you are entering is valid. Additionally, please select whether you are using a Laptop or a Desktop.
