If you are using a Microsoft Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, TiVo, or other device not listed here, below is the process to activate it:
1. Schedule an in-room appointment with your RCA using the "Online Appointment System" link on the lower left of the RezCon Web Page (http://rezcon.sdsu.edu/)
2. Your RCA will come to your room, gather some information about your device, and submit it for manual activation.
3. Every Tuesday and Friday the manual activations will be processed and you should receive a voice mail or email when yours is done.
